Global Growth & Expansion Discussed at Annual Platinum Dealers Roundtable: Middle East, Philippines & U.S. Representative
LAS VEGAS, October 15, 2019- On Tuesday, October 15, Platinum of the Middle East visited Lake Industries for the first time to discuss strategies for more effective selling, new innovations in the pipeline, and future product introductions. Attending dealers spanned all parts of the globe.
It was truly a unique experience and a successful roundtable as many milestones were being celebrated. Platinum in the Middle East recently opened their second demonstration kitchen in Ramallah, Palestine and Vicky Penalba, President and CEO of MABP International Trading, provided a virtual tour of her new office and showroom in the Philippines. It was a collaborative environment where U.S. and international dealers shared their successes, challenges and opportunities as Platinum dealers. One of Lake’s top Platinum Cookware dealers, Allan Enriquez of 5 Star Culinary Connection, did a complete product demonstration for all attendees. Pat and Angie Mosher, owners of Professional Platinum International, generously shared their newest flip chart with the group for sales inspiration.
Dave Burtch, Lake’s Vice President of Sales, reviewed Platinum’s new Air Fryer and Vacuum Storage Container product lines, and Stephanie Downing, Vice President of Account Management for Revenue Media Group, reviewed the newest Platinum marketing materials. The afternoon session finished with a lengthy discussion of growth plans and goals for 2020. At the end of a productive day, the group had dinner at Lake CEO Saville Kellner's residence prepared that was prepared by Hell’s Kitchen winner Chef Scott Commings to wrap up their visit to Lake’s headquarters.
